Cool Breeze Pavilion is a private event venue just outside San Antonio, in Seguin Texas. We offer an ideal setting to gather family and friends for anything from birthday parties to weddings. We can host corporate events, company picnics or fundraising events, just to name a few. The options are endless, and we are here to work with you to make our home, yours.
ABOUT THE PAVILION
Our family-owned private event venue and property are the perfect landscape for bringing together your loved ones for a family reunion, anniversary party or or rustic (yet modern!) outdoor wedding. We have space to spread out and plan to have more amenities up our sleeve, so stick with us!
The mood is relaxed and the scenery is some of the best you will see in South Texas. Sitting on 138 acres, we are home to a working cattle ranch with large Oak Trees, multiple ponds and rolling views that you can't help but stop and take in. Just six miles south of IH 10 between Seguin and La Vernia, you will find Cool Breeze Pavilion.

There is 2,600 square feet of covered space, air conditioned men and women’s restrooms, as well as, an air conditioned cooking and serving kitchen. We’ve further extended the foot print and aesthetic of Cool Breeze Pavilion by adding artificial turf surrounding the entire Pavilion.
